QR settings in the sales area

In the heading 'QR' you can set QR settings applicable to your QR application

End of order screen URL: The product specified tab provides you with the option to redirect your customer to a webpage or service after an order has succesfully placed on the Jamezz Platform. This may depend on the used payment mode and configured method of the salesarea. The link must start with 'https://'.

Url after order timeout: Will define the time (in seconds) in which this page is shown in the app.

Pay bill at once at end of visit: function can be enabled if the salesarea is integrated with a POS system. Currently this function is supported by Untill, Vectron and Mplus. These systems have a Bill/Table API which enables the Jamezz app to retrieve opened bills and pay them via Online Payments in the App. If this function is enabled all other Payment modes should be turned off and the Online payment provider integration must set at the Primaire PSP.

Generate QR as proof of order: This will provide orders that are placed successfully on the Jamezz platform, with an unique order ID as QR-code. This will be displayed on the order placed page, printed eon the receipt and included if order-mail is enabled. The QR-code can be scanned with the Kitchen screen, it will pop-up the order on the screen and the status can be changed.

Allergen Settings:

Hide products which are filtered: When enabled this will let you allow to hide certain items you've filtered on in the front end of Jamezz.

Besides that you can select the articles you've configured for the allergens underneath the icons.

Order limits

With Order limits you can apply both a minimum as maximum order value limit. The valuta type must be set correctly at general settings. To turn on any limitation at all, switch the “Use order limits” button to the right and save the settings. Both limit type can be set at “Min. Order limit” and “Max. Order limit”. To define unlimited maximum remove the complete value from the input field and click on save. This will set it on NULL.

Mostly for web shops this function must configured and enable if with pre-ordering limits are configured and/or with delivery (including zip code exceptions) cost scheme.

Kiosk specific configurations are “Logout after number of seconds” and “reload kiosk at”. In order to keep your POS devices such as kiosk up-to-date with any product/menu database changes, each day the app is forced to reboot signalled from the Jamezz platform. The time in which this must be done can be custom set. The period in which a buyer session is valid before returning to the homepage of the application can be set custom as well. The value is presented in seconds.
