Please note Leat is only available for Jamezz V5 applications. Currently we support the functionality of Rewards, Loyalty, Prepaid, Vouchers and Giftcards

First Time Set Up 
If you require assistance from our support team, kindly add support@jamezz.nl to users in your Leat dashboard. This way we can easily assist you further. 

Log in to your Leat Dashboard via https://business.leat.com/

Go to https://business.leat.com/apps/integrations/oauth-clients and create (+add) a new Client.


Copy the OAuth Client ID and OAuth Client Secret and paste the values in the Jamezz BackOffice via Sales Area > Edit > Leat


The Shop UUID can be retrieved via https://business.leat.com/settings/business-profiles/shops?tab=profiles.
We advice you to set up a dedicated shop for the Jamezz Application(s), with type Point of Sale.

Login email

Guests that want to use their Rewards or want to know their current credit amount in the Jamezz application, must log in to the app. For validation and security reasons an OTP-code is generated from the Leat Platform. If no automated mail is configured yet, the first attempt will automatically generate one and will be visible in the Leat Dashboard.



You can edit the existing one or create a new one. The type used is Login email and the code generated can be placed in the email format by the Param key  

We recommend you to adjust the sender of the email to a generic one and the sender email as a no reply one.



Usage of the Leat Loyalty module in Jamezz Applications (Mobile and Kiosk)

Loyalty (Saving Credits)

When using your Jamezz App, guest can save credits when submitting their e-mail address* while placing a paid order. The Jamezz platform will register successful transactions based on purchase amount and e-mail address (Unique identifier of the user) to the Leat platform.

Without additional set rules, by default credits will be generated based on the purchase amount. https://support.leat.com/en/articles/9375114-how-to-configure-loyalty-rules

*make sure Custom Field email is enabled/configured in your Jamezz Mobile App.

Rewards

Type of rewards is Physical

Step 2: Create the reward product in your POS system. Make sure one or more credits are required  to claim the rewards as Leat does not allow 0 credit Rewards.

Step 3: Synchronize the Jamezz system with your POS system.

Step 4: Open the product in Jamezz BackOffice >  Edit > Leat Loyalty > Select Reward.


Please note the Price of the Jamezz product is used in the application. In case of free products, the price must be set 0, otherwise your guest will be obligated to pay the remaining amount.

Step 5: Make sure the product is enabled for sales. Active status and not blocked. Products with 0 or discounted prices, that only should be added via Leat Rewards, should be linked to a block Article Group or no group (Menukaarten/categories) at all.



Guest who have performed a login and therefore have a current session in the Jamezz app, will automatically be set as email for the save credits function. If a remaining amount is due for the order, this amount is applicable for new credits.

Step 2:
Turn on the reward system to V2 (vouchers)

Step 3: Use Jamezz Discount function to configure the rules/conditions of the Reward. Choose the type of discount you want to be applied, in this you can now use specified percentage discounts. Please note a dedicated discount product is required in case you use Jamezz with a POS system integration.

The Discounted Product discount can still be used similar to the old style of configuration, in which dedicated products must be created in the POS system with the correct price. Free products should have set 0 ct price.

Step 4:  At the Leat page you can link the Rewards to Jamezz discounts.
Select Jamezz Voucher Definition

Select the Discount Definition to be used with the Reward.

Prepaid

Can be enabled once the integration param keys are correct. 

Vouchers
(Promotions)

Can be enabled once the integration param keys are correct. Use Jamezz Discount function, select "Piggy" at Third party promotion/vouchers and select the matching promotion.


Giftcards 

Can be enabled once the integration param keys are correct. 

Customizing

You can customize the name of the credits in Leat. For example; you can change the credits name to "points" or "ducks", whichever fits best to your business.
For this reason we allow customers to customize any Leatrelated texts (including buttons) to rename including translations in the Jamezz Application. Sales Area > Edit > Leat
