💡Good to know! Some POS systems has the possibility that import tables. If you have a POS system please check this before you make tables. Please note that if you have a POS system connection, you can only create tables that are also in the cash desk. Important! Most of the time with a webshop you have one table for delivery and one for take-away.
If it isn't possible to import the tables, you create it in tables self.
For one table to click on + create new table, but if you create more tables you can click on ... create multiple tables.
Create new table:
For one table you set up the next settings:
Table Active: This will of course lets you enable or disable the table.
Table rotation: Whether this table may be used in the table rotation function.
Use a table front page: Enable a mastercode. Mastercodes are in general used to add an additional flow(s) to the application in which the specific table is listed. Mostle used are the Postcode check for delivery shops and pre-select landingspages.
Table name: Here you can give the table a name.
Password: Here you can enter a password to use with a master code to login with a password on a specific table.
API #ID 1 and/of POS table #ID: The table ID From the pos.
Direct payments: In a sales area, you have a tab payments where set up the default of direct payments. Sometimes it is possible that a table deviates from direct payments, here you can set up a table otherwise than the button in payments tab.
Imagine you have a restaurant with a terrace. Customers on the terrace pay right away, while inside they don’t. In that case, you can set a different payment method for the terrace tables than for the indoor ones. Here you have three options: default, do not overwrite, enable pay direct or disable pay direct.
If it is important: Create multiple tables:
The settings in this article, you need also for the multiple tables. But first you set up a start number of the serie and end of series number.
For example you start with 30 and end with 60, it means that you create 30 new tables.
Generate webcodes/QR-code:
Webcodes are important to have. The webcode is an unique identifier that allows the linked QR code to know which table it belongs to. First you see a QR ID and than the webcode.
