EPS/P-based printers who are directly connected to the Jamezz Cloud via the Jamezz Printer Service and have the extensive logging enabled will submit local logging to the service logs in the BackOffice.Via this way you can keep track and trouble shoot remote for issues regarding a printer service that runs locally. Filters available for the view are Venue and Sales Area. The complete log can be displayed by clicking the eye-button. Each log is returned with an unique ID.
