# Security and error notification

### **Security**

**Web IP ACL:** Setting to ensure that Jamezz can only be used from the ip addresses entered here, separated.

**Phone number for error notifications:** The moment we have an error that has occurred multiple times, the phone number you enter here will be notified that an error has occurred.

**E-mail address for error notifications:** The moment we have an error that has occurred multiple times, the e-mail address you enter here will receive a message that an error has occurred.

**Skip webcode check:** This setting should be enabled at all times. What this does is skip the page where you can fill in your webcode, when disabled and you’ve scanned a QR code you will need to fill in your webcode.

**Verify order SMS:** Turning this on makes it possible to send an order confirmation at the time an order is placed. This is automatically sent to each customer that has given a phone number.

### Anonymize

You can set here when the system deletes customer data, this to increase the privacy of your customer and also because there are certain laws in the Netherlands that enforce that a company may not just keep personal data for an indefinite period of time.
