[Menu building](https://knowledge.jamezz.com/knowledge/qr?hsLang=en#menu-building) # Product upsell To get to product upsell, in the back office go to 'products' in the left window, select the appropriate sales area where you want to apply the upsell and then go to the product where you want to apply the upsell. At the correct product, click on the green pencil icon. ![](https://knowledge.jamezz.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-07-2025-12-40-20-5252-PM.png?width=670&height=232&name=image-png-Oct-07-2025-12-40-20-5252-PM.png) **The first section is an optional upsell:** First you give the upsell a title for example: Would you like to have a drink? Then you can select products to be included in the upsell, you can select multiple products. To copy an upsell you click on this button at an optional and/or mandatory upsell: ![](https://knowledge.jamezz.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Feb-25-2026-03-39-00-1953-PM.png?width=552&height=293&name=image-png-Feb-25-2026-03-39-00-1953-PM.png) After that you get a pop-up with a few settings: That means, that you can copy it to product or category include titles or not.
