In the printers queue you can find all print jobs and their status. Here print jobs can be reprinted, by clicking the “print again” button.
Print Jobs are logged with an unique ID, their status, the Sales Area from which the job was routed, the Order ID and initial start time. When a job is successfully performed by the printer, a print time will be logged in which directly the duration (delay) can be seen. Available filters on this page are Venue, Sales Area and Order ID.
As Cloud printers pull their print jobs from the Cloud, no printer status is available. For EPS/P the system pushes a job and the status of the connection/ availability of the device itself is registered by the app.
