Openings Hours
For the WEBSHOP solution it is nesserary to set up the openings hours eiter the times when the application is usable for your guests.
In the Opening and Delivery Hours tab, you can set up your schedule. Click on the icon to make changes. You can add a time slot or set it to "Open 24 Hours."
If you have the same schedule on multiple days, you can copy the setup to other days as needed.
Exceptions of schema:
If you have a day with different opening or closing times, you can use the exceptions of schema button to set up. Use this button, because your normal times will not be adjusted.
Pre-order time settings:
If you work with the solution WEBSHOP, it is possible to work with pre-ordering. That means that customers can place his order on different times.
In this picture you can see that the application 24H is open but after this settings customers can order only from 11:00 till 20:00. There is only two options more you can set up:
- Orders per slot is made for setting up the max order for each time frame. This will allow you to not get knees deep in your orders and not being able to make all of the orders for your customers.
- Max order value is the maximum order value that customers can order.
💡Good to know! Also for the pre ordering you can create exceptions of schema.
Other settings
Under the time schedule you see other settings, let me explain this to you:
Time block between selection options: For example you can set up this with 15 minutes. This mean you can edit how many orders you can receive from your customers in 15 minutes.
Waiting time settings: This will let you choose multiple options:
1. Don’t display waiting time: This will not display a waiting time for the order and won’t enforce it either.
2. Waiting time of establishment is leading if product preparation takes longer than the waiting time: This will enforce the waiting time you’ve filled in underneath this setting. What this does, is always use the waiting time of the sales area and does not let the product waiting time impact this time.
3. Waiting time of establishment + waiting time of product: This will use the waiting time you’ve filled in and adds the waiting time of the products that are being ordered, it will only add the highest waiting time from the products in the specific order.
Order waiting time is the time that customers must waiting.
Same day delivery possible if ordered before: Herey you can set up a time. If people order before that time they can still choose a pickup/delivery time today.
# (number) of days before quest is allowed to order: How many days you want to skip the first order option that will appear.
Max # (number) of days guests can order ahead: You can also configure how many days in advance customers may place an order.
Hold the order until x minutes before selected delivery/pick up time: The order will send to the POS and come out of the printer after x minutes that here is set up.
