Under this tab in your salesarea you can confirm an e-mail to buyer and the weborder e-mail to the seller.
To the buyer
If you would like to send an e-mail to the buyer, you can set up the subject, header, part between guest info and product overview, part between product overview and payment info and the footer.
Here u can add text for the email send after an order.
To the seller
If you would like to have a confirmation of your orders, you can set up that you get an e-mail from the order. Set up an e-mailaddress and maybe a BCC address and the order will be in your inbox. Most of the time people set up this with an general e-mail address of the company, everybody can read it from the organisation.
💡Good to know! You can use a lot of variables in mail subject and text:
