Enable kitchenscreen, layout and links to screen.
Enable kitchen screen: With this switch, you can turn the kitchen screens on or off.
Kitchen screen userauthorisation: If this is on, you can only open the kitchen screen if you are logged in to the back office.
Displayed ready button: Lets you select what button you can use to ready your orders on the kitchen screen, but for now this function does nothing.
Send text messages from kitchen screen: If you have this enabled you will be able to send text messages to your customer.
Kitchen screen button layout: You can choose from 2 options here. with the standard settings you have all the buttons in the kitchen screen.
1. Layout settings
Food ready (sms): Here you can change the food ready (SMS) button in the kitchen screen to a different color. This is done by specifying a different hex color in the back office.
Drinks ready (sms): Here you can change the Drinks ready (sms) button in the kitchen screen to a different color. This is done by specifying a different hex color in the back office.
Ready (nosms): Here you can change the color of the ready (nosms) button in the kitchen window. This is done by specifying a different hex color in the back office.
Order Ready!: Here you can change the color of the order ready button in the kitchen screen. This is done by specifying a different hex color in the back office.
Reprint: Here you can change the color of the reprint button in the kitchen window. This is done by specifying a different hex color in the back office.
Set open order to pickedup: This is a button you can press if you want to reset the orders that came in.
Order screen timeout: Here you can specify after how many minutes the order screen turns off automatically.
Show orders button: If you have this enabled you can find Jamezz order back on the kitchen screen.
Show picked up button: If you have this enabled you can see which order has been taken and thus eliminated.
Show table orders button: If you have this enabled you can filter on tables and see which order is from which table.
Show products button: If you have this enabled the merchandise that is ordered will appear in this window.
Show kitchen button: If you have this enabled you can go into the kitchen tab of the kitchen screen. All orders are listed below and in overview of what food and drinks have been ordered.
Show items button: If you have this enabled you can go into the items tab of the kitchen screen. All orders are listed below and an overview of what food and drinks have been ordered.
Show day report button: This button is currently not functional. However the intention of the button is that you get a printout of your order that has been placed with Jamezz.
Show sectors button: your orders are categorized here in a particular area.
2. Links to screen
Kitchen screen link: If you click on this link or copy and paste the link in the URL bar, the kitchen window will open in a new window.
Order Screen: At this screen you can inform the customers about the status of their order. They will get a number and when the order is ready, their number will appear and they can come pick it up.
Waiting time screen link: Here you can indicate waiting times for your customers.
Order screen background: You can upload a picture and it will be displayed as background on the "order screen".
