How do I use SMS in Jamezz

In this article we will show you how to add the Mobile number question in Jamezz and how you will be able to send the SMS

Step 1:


  1. Login to the Jamezz Backoffice.

Step 2:

Navigate to the "Sales areas" tab.

Step 3:

Navigate to the settings of the sales area.

Step 4:

Navigate to Data fields.

Step 5:

Add Mobilenr like the picture below.

Step 6:

Now we've added the question for the Mobile number, the following step will be sending the SMS to the customer.

 

Go to the Kitchen screen tab

Step 7:

Enable "Send text messages from Kitchen screen"

Step 8:

Scroll down and open up the first link.

Step 9:

Choose the SMS you want to send to the customer
