How do I setup upsell?

In this article we will explain how to setup upsell on multiple levels in our backoffice.

 

In the first section of this article, we will guide you on how to set up upselling for the sales area. This means that customers will receive a pop-up offering additional products or services when they proceed to their shopping basket.

In the second part of this article, we will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to set up upselling specifically for your products.

Product upsell

 

Step 1:


Login to the Jamezz Backoffice.

Step 2:

Navigate to the "Sales areas" tab.

Step 3:

Filter on the sales area you want to edit.

Step 4:

Navigate to the sales area settings.

Step 5:

Navigate to "upsell"

Step 6:

Enable the upsell function.

There are several options available for upselling in Jamezz. One of these options is the "No food" upsell, which will only appear when the customer has not ordered any food items.

Similarly, the "No Drinks" upsell applies when the customer has not ordered any drinks. In addition, there is the "One-time upsell" which will appear regardless of what the customer has in their shopping basket.

 

For the purpose of this tutorial, we will configure a "One-time upsell" option.

Step 7:

Enable the "One-time upsell"

Step 8:

Decide where you want to let the upsell pop up.

Step 9:

Complete the remaining fields with the necessary information.

The suggested products are the items that will appear in the pop-up for upselling.

 

Step 1:

Login to the Jamezz Backoffice.

Step 2:

Navigate to the "Sales areas" tab.

Step 3:

Filter on the sales area you want to edit.

Step 4:

Navigate to products.

Step 5: 

Navigate to the desired product you want add Upselling to, and click edit.

Step 6:

Navigate to product upsell.

Step 7:

Select the first upsell function.

The upsell feature can be utilized as either a required upsell or an optional one. Additionally, you have the option to display an entire category as an upsell if desired. However, please note that this particular function is only compatible with our kiosk solution.

Step 8:

Fill in the required information.

Congratulations! By following the steps outlined above, you have successfully set up upselling for the entire Sales area or for specific products.
