# How do i know if Jamezz is not working

If you are experiencing issues with Jamezz and it is not functioning as it should, you can easily check the status on our dedicated status page. Here, you will find information on any problems Jamezz may be encountering, as well as any other third-party programs linked to your sales area that may no longer be working.
